Attorney Keith Whann, NIADA General Counsel, worked with the FTC to produce an updated "Guide to the Used Car Rule". Attorney Keith Whann also worked with the IRS to produce a revised "Audit Technique Guide" for the used motor vehicle industry. This document is used by the IRS today in reducing the tax liability of “Buy Here Pay Here” dealers.
