Eric Best has been the owner of Best Auto Sales for more than 14 years. During this period of time, Best Auto Sales has grown from retail sales only to a full service facility with a successful rental department. Following in his father's footsteps, Eric opened his dealership and became a licensed independent dealer in 1991. He and his father, a previous independent auto dealer, worked very hard together for the first year building the kind of business Eric had dreamed about. Because of their effort and dedication, the dealership has grown to eight employees, a full line service department, detail department and a U-Save Rental franchise including a fleet of 25 cars, trucks and vans.
Eric has built his business on being fair to his customers both during and after the sale. His team of employees has also been an integral part of Eric's success due to his expert management and ability to instill in every one of them his philosophy of complete customer satisfaction. Because of his desire to grow his business through repeat and referral sales, he has gained the respect of his customers and employees alike.
On the personal side, Eric is a long time member of the Trinity Gospel Temple and volunteers his time freely to the church's many activities.
He has been on the U-Save Franchise Advisory Council for 14 years and completed his training as a Certified Master Dealer through the NIADA program conducted by the Northwood Institute in Florida . Eric has been a member of the OIADA and NIADA for six years and works closely with the State Association whenever he is called upon to do so. He is married to his wife, Stefanie, of 19 years, and the family is completed with their two sons, Austin and Garrett. Eric is a 3-year member with the OIADA and attends all seminars offered by the Association as well as attending the National Conventions every year to further his education and maintain his Certified Master Dealer status with the NIADA.
Eric has worked very hard to establish his position in the community as the type of auto dealer everyone can trust, and in doing so, he has continued to improve the perception of the consumer towards the used car industry.
